The Senior Network Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, and operational excellence of Semtech's global network infrastructure, spanning 30+ sites across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This role owns a broad technology portfolio including Palo Alto next-generation firewalls, Aryaka SD-WAN, LAN/WAN architecture, Cisco L2/L3 network devices, and cloud networking across AWS and Azure environments. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise across routing, switching, firewall policy, and network security, combined with the ability to lead strategic initiatives such as zero-trust adoption, VPN modernization, and cross-regional connectivity projects. Working closely with the IT Infrastructure, Security, and Cloud teams, this role plays a key part in ensuring network resilience, performance, and security for a fast-growing global semiconductor company.

Responsibilities:

• Support IT Engineering, IT Support and EDA teams on network related topics
• Maintain our actual infrastructure (Patching, devices lifecycle,…)
• Design and implement new solutions, Manage design and delivery of reusable, AI-ready data products for retail-banking portfolios. Develop interoperable data-engineering artifacts, enable self-service analytics, maintain data marketplace, oversee data policies, integrity, budgeting, stakeholder alignment, and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred), or equivalent work experience

• 5-8 years of experience in network administration, IT engineering, or related role

• Demonstrated success in network leadership in a technical environment
