Job description
Noblis is seeking a Full-Stack Developer with demonstrated experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications to support the Department of War (DoW). Active Secret clearance is preferred; candidates must be eligible for a DoW Secret clearance. This is a remote position supporting a senior-level Federal client based in Washington, D.C. and may require up to 25% travel to support DoW program activities. The selection process includes two interview phases: an initial discussion and a hands-on technical demonstration of full-stack capabilities., Integrating AI/ML-enabled features: Supporting automated summaries, recommendations, and technology discovery.
Developing the Dashboard full-stack prototype: Building a secure, scalable dashboard for the Department of War (DoW) Sustainable Technology Evaluation and Demonstration (STED) Program.
Implementing real-time data ingestion and processing: Integrating APIs, data streams, and automated pipelines.
Building backend services and data models: Supporting technology tracking, Test & Evaluation (T&E) data, and stakeholder inputs.
Developing front-end components: Creating responsive, interactive UI elements using modern frameworks.
Implementing data visualizations: Displaying technology performance, needs, and analytics.
Designing and coding media-rich components: Enabling images, videos, documents, and multimedia content.
Supporting Agile development: Participating in sprints, reviews, and iterative refinement.
Ensuring secure, CAC-enabled access: Implementing authentication and role-based access controls.
Build and Maintain Automation Pipelines: Building and maintaining configuration files; branching and merging strategies and artifact repositories
Requirements

US Citizenship is required. Active Secret clearance is strongly preferred.

Experience developing full-stack web applications

Experience with backend frameworks (Python, Node.js, Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.)

Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)

Bachelor's degree with 3-7 years of experience

*Salary Range: $78,900 - $164,125
Senior Level

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience

*Salary Range: $127,100 - $198,575

Benefits & conditions
Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.
