As a product designer on our Lending and Deposits team, you'll have a unique opportunity to shape our future. You'll not only handle the design and maintenance of our account origination products but you'll also play a key role in integrating them with our new cloud-native back office for financial institutions. This position may be worked remotely, but you must reside within 70 miles of one of our office locations in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Monett, MO; Springfield, MO. May require occasional travel, up to 10% for meetings, trainings, or conferences.

The salary range for this position is $80,500- $115,000 and will be determined based on location and experience level.

What you'll be responsible for:
Turning high level product requirements into workflows and prototypes and rapidly iterate based on feedback.
Designing clean, intuitive, and responsive web interfaces with reusable components and design patterns.
Confidently communicating the rationale of design decisions.
Creating detailed specifications to guide engineering teams.
Remaining current on UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices for consumer and enterprise web applications
Ensuring projects meet high standards of usability and design excellence.
Communicating effectively across small, interdisciplinary teams to foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements
High School Diploma/G.E.D., A minimum of 4 years professional experience in UX and UI design with an emphasis on product design.
Experience with Figma for design and prototyping.
Portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UX/UI and visual design.
