Job description
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and firmware issues throughout the integration and test lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders to execute system integration activities.
- Develop and execute integration and test plans for complex systems.
- Support system verification, validation, and qualification testing activities.
- Assist in evaluating system performance and resolving technical issues.
- Document test results, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Support engineering activities using systems engineering principles and methodologies.
Requirements

BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field with 2+ years of related experience, or MS Degree in a related technical field.

Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and firmware issues.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple engineering disciplines.

Experience in an integration and test environment for complex electronic systems.

Experience performing Design Verification Testing (DVT), Environmental Qualification Testing, and EMI Qualification Testing.

Working knowledge of DOORS and Verification Cross Reference Matrices (VCRMs).

Experience with one or more of the following: EOIR systems, sensors, optics, RF/EW systems, DSP, antenna design, computational electromagnetics, or RF test equipment.

Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo.

Experience applying systems engineering principles to develop and execute integration test plans.

Knowledge of MATLAB, C, C++, Java, Python, or other scripting languages.

Experience writing and executing test scripts.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Willingness to travel.

Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance preferred.
Requires a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field with 2+ years of related experience, or an MS Degree in a related technical field. An Active DoD Secret Clearance is required to start.
