Sr Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for the Data Analytics team. This role supports business intelligence across the organization by designing, implementing, and maintaining Power BI and SQL-based reporting. The position collaborates with stakeholders in Operations, IT, Finance, and other departments to provide data-driven insights and improve processes. Reporting to the Reporting Team Manager, this role translates business needs into technical solutions using SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and other technical solutions., * Design, implement, and support Power BI and SQL-based reporting solutions.

• Collaborate closely with business leadership and the IT team to gather business requirements, use cases, propose technical designs, and implement reporting solutions.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data findings and enable data-driven business decisions for strategic and operational initiatives.
• Work in a cross-functional team environment and effectively communicate insights and technical solutions to business functional leaders.
• Analyze and discover trends and insights using large datasets, employing data modeling and data visualization techniques, including data integration.
• Drive process improvements and enhance business intelligence across the organization.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Deliver actionable insights using tools like SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Demonstrate strong skills in data analysis, SQL, data visualization tools, and business acumen.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, finance, operations, or a related role.

• Have strong attention to detail to be able to organize, develop, and review data and visuals for granular level detail that results in a unified, inclusive, and organized product. This includes visual formatting, data formatting, and report formatting.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Strong experience with Power BI for designing and developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or similar data integration tools.
• Experience with data modeling and data visualization techniques.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and technical solutions to business functional leaders.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to work closely with business leadership and the IT team to gather business requirements and propose technical designs.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic and operational initiatives.
