Job description
Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Workplace Support Technician to provide onsite IT support for end users, devices, and workplace technology. You will resolve incidents and service requests, perform IMACD activities, support hardware break-fix, asset management, and deliver excellent customer service, including VIP support when required., * Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Perform device deployments, imaging, installations, moves, and decommissions
- Manage assets, inventory, and ServiceNow updates
- Support meeting rooms and collaboration technologies
- Coordinate repairs with OEM and third-party vendors
- Maintain SLA compliance and accurate ticket documentation

Requirements
- 2-3 years of IT support experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Windows environments and business applications
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Experience with ITSM tools and asset management is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand
- Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applications
