Kforce's client in San Antonio, TX is seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master with a strong technical background to join our dynamic Agile team. Summary: The ideal candidate will be a servant-leader, coach, and facilitator who not only guides the team in Scrum practices but also possesses a deep understanding of technical concepts and development processes. This role is crucial in ensuring our development teams are efficient, productive, and equipped to deliver high-quality products. The Scrum Master will support up to 3 Agile teams.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies, including their values, principles, and practices
- Strong technical background, with familiarity in software development concepts, workflows, and potentially specific technologies relevant to our industry
- Experience with Agile frameworks
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant-leadership skills
- Proficiency in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to influence without authority and build trust within the team and organization
- Familiarity with Agile Metrics Portal (AMP) metrics to aid in continuous improvement

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
