Back End Developer

We are seeking a talented Back End Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance backend systems to support campaign management and advertising technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Optimize database performance and ensure efficient data handling.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• 5-8 years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot/Web Flux frameworks.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST API development.
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven systems.
• Solid SQL skills with a focus on performance optimization in PostgreSQL/MySQL.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native applications.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of AdTech and analytics platforms like Big Query/GCP.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
