• Develop AI algorithms, models, and applications to solve complex business problems., + Design, configure, and deploy AI conversational agents and Copilot experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Leverage generative AI capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 to improve customer service processes, automated communications, and real-time assistance.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, and external knowledge sources.

• Optimize Copilot performance through prompt engineering, topic configuration, and monitoring.

• Customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 forms, tabs, sections, ribbons, navigation, web resources, iFrames, sub-grids, and site maps.

• Develop plug-ins, custom workflows, Business Process Flows (BPF), and portal solutions.

• Build integrations using Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Web APIs.

• Develop Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.

• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.

• Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.

We are seeking a Senior AI Associate with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and AI-driven business applications. This role focuses on developing intelligent solutions, AI-powered automation, and custom Dynamics 365 applications while leveraging generative AI technologies to improve business processes and operational efficiency., + Bachelor's Degree.

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Experience with C#, JavaScript, and ASP.NET.

• Experience using GitHub or Git-based source control.

• Experience with Power Apps, Azure DevOps, Plug-In Development, and Workflows.

• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Experience integrating AI capabilities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

• Experience with Copilot/AI integrations.

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, or Microsoft AI SDKs is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
