Job description

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable system requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Field Service platforms
  • Partner with Product Owners, Solutions Architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business processes, functional requirements, user stories, and process flows throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects to support solution design discussions and ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and platform capabilities for CRM and Field Service operations
  • Develop and execute functional test scripts, support system integration and user acceptance testing, and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
  • Support implementation of new features, system integrations, data migrations, and enhancements across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Field Service applications
  • Analyze system performance, data quality, and user feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements and application optimization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization to gain consensus among multiple stakeholder groups and ensure successful solution delivery
  • Maintain accurate requirements documentation, testing artifacts, and knowledge base content to support ongoing system maintenance and future enhancements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, with strong preference for Field Service and Field Service Mobile experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in functional analysis, systems analysis, or technical analysis roles supporting enterprise applications
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into solution designs in partnership with Product Owners, architects, developers, and business stakeholders
  • Experience developing user stories, application requirements, process flow diagrams, and detailed functional specifications
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot application issues and support timely resolution
  • Solid understanding of CRM architecture, data relationships, integrations, and enterprise application delivery practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with proven success managing multiple priorities independently
