We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Manufacturing Engineering Technician - Battery and Energy Systems who brings energy and curiosity to the table. In this role, you'll troubleshoot products while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You'll Be Doing: Develop, document, and maintain standardized work instructions to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent assembly processes. Program, troubleshoot, and maintain machine vision systems to support quality control and production operations. Review Change Requests (Cr's) and engineering prints to verify accuracy, manufacturability, and implementation requirements. Provide manufacturing feedback and technical support during new product development and product launch activities. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve processes, product quality, and assembly efficiency. Train and mentor new associates using the Assembly Dojo training system, ensuring proper understanding of assembly methods, safety requirements, and standardized work practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives through process analysis, problem-solving, and implementation.
Requirements
2 or more years of relevant technical experience in fabrication, welding, or assembly. Read complicated drawings, mathematics, handbook formulas, and a variety of testing and measuring instruments. Able to fabricate, assemble, or fit together parts to form a complete unit or subassemblies. Work from schematics, blueprints, and verbal instruction. Experience with electrical circuits and electronics. What Sets You Apart: Experience with specialized test equipment, AutoCAD, Pro Engineer Software, gauges, meters, and hand tools. Associates degree in a technical or engineering field. Experience with lithium and/or lead acid batteries. Experience with designing and developing build/test fixtures for mechanical and electrical devices.

Thursday from 6:00am -3:30pm and Friday from 6:00am
10:00am. Overtime may be scheduled based on business and production needs. What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like: Wage - $24.50 - $45.50 per hour.
