Job description

Build and refine analytical models and data solutions that support business decisions and operational goals.

Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define data needs, and deliver clear reporting or predictive insights.

Develop, optimize, and maintain database queries, data pipelines, and structured datasets for analysis and reporting.

Evaluate large and complex data sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

Collaborate with distributed and offshore team members to coordinate deliverables and maintain project continuity.

Apply knowledge of healthcare-related programs such as TRICARE when interpreting data and shaping analytical outputs.

Support hiring or workforce-related analytics by organizing data, measuring outcomes, and presenting findings to leadership.

Document methodologies, assumptions, and technical processes to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.
Requirements

Contribute to ongoing enhancements involving NIS-related data environments or connected systems as needed. Requirements * Proven experience working in a senior-level data science, analytics, or database development role.

Strong command of SQL and experience designing or supporting data structures for complex reporting and analysis.

Ability to work with large datasets and convert technical findings into actionable business recommendations.

Familiarity with hiring process data, workforce analytics, or related operational reporting is preferred.

Experience collaborating effectively with offshore teams in a cross-functional delivery environment.

Knowledge of TRICARE, healthcare data, or regulated program environments is highly desirable.

Exposure to NIS or similar enterprise data systems is preferred.
