Job description
Insight Global is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to support a classified DoD client in Chantilly. This individual will be responsible for Tier 2 support of RedHat servers hosted on the cloud, assisting with automation of patching and other security measures, monitoring application health, and assisting with infrastructure builds. This will be heavy O&M support with the ability to get hands-on with assisting in infrastructure engineering of a complex cloud system.
Requirements
TS/SCI -2+ Years of IT experience -Experience troubleshooting Linux Servers (RedHat, CentOs, Ubuntu, or other) -Experience working in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or virtual servers -Experience troubleshooting servers hosted on virtual machines
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Associates or Bachelor's Degree -Scripting (Bash, Shell, Python) -Experience with automation tools like Ansible
