Job description

Join our energetic digital team as a Web UX Designer and play a key role in shaping the future of our global website. You'll design intuitive, engaging, and high-quality web experiences that balance user needs, brand consistency, and business impact.

You'll work closely with marketing, developers, designers, and international stakeholders, delivering best-in-class UX and UI solutions across web and mobile platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage information architecture, including content hierarchy, prioritisation, and navigation.
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements using behavioural data, analytics, and research, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Create wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate functionality and intent.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the design system, ensuring live implementations accurately reflect it.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives, including A/B testing and user research.
  • Deliver user-friendly, visually engaging designs that contribute to measurable business objectives.
  • Write user stories and functional analyses to support development of new features and enhancements.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure feasible, high-quality UX implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, UX, HCI, Psychology, Digital Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Working understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
  • Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design.
  • Insight into web analytics and user behaviour analysis.
