We are an expanding marketing, consulting, and software development agency dedicated to helping contractors with a strong focus on roofing companies radically improve their marketing, branding, websites, CRM systems, and business operations. We partner closely with our clients to deliver high-quality creative solutions that drive real-world growth and strengthen their market presence. In this versatile remote role, you will support both our core agency and our diverse client roster across a wide variety of creative projects. This position perfectly blends graphic design, web design, branding, and digital marketing, making it ideal for a creator who loves building visually compelling assets while maintaining ironclad brand consistency. If you possess an excellent eye for design, strong technical skills across modern platforms, and the agility to navigate multiple creative projects in a fast-paced agency environment, we want to scale your career., * Multi-Format Graphic Design: Design stunning graphics for websites, social media, paid advertising, landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, and print marketing collateral.
- Web & Layout Creation: Create responsive website mockups, page layouts, wireframes, and custom visual assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress.
- Brand Development: Support client brand development by constructing unique logos, custom typography, cohesive color palettes, detailed brand guidelines, and visual identity systems.
- Asset Optimization: Edit, resize, and repurpose creative assets for web, social media, email, and print, ensuring efficient file organization and template management for collaboration.
- Website Implementation: Assist with WordPress page updates, content layouts, and basic front-end website implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to break down project goals, client requirements, and creative direction, incorporating feedback quickly while maintaining high-quality design standards.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field, alongside 2+ years of professional experience in graphic and web design.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing branding, website design, digital marketing, and creative projects.
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong experience with Figma for website layouts, wireframes, and design systems.
- CMS Experience: Proven experience working with WordPress, including modifying page layouts and executing visual content updates.
- Design Core: Deep understanding of typography, composition, color theory, layout, and cross-channel brand consistency.
- Agency Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills, excellent organizational and project management abilities, and the discipline to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple deadlines.

- Agency Context: Previous professional experience working inside a marketing or creative agency.
- Niche Experience: Experience designing specifically for contractors, home service companies, or local service businesses.
- Expanded Tooling & UX: Experience with platforms like Canva, HubSpot, Webflow, Elementor, Divi, or a basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Strategic Marketing: Knowledge of conversion-focused landing pages and digital marketing best practices.
- Advanced Workflows: Experience creating reusable templates, component libraries, design systems, and familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
- Developer Collaboration: Past experience collaborating directly with developers and marketing teams.
