Job description
We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to lead a large-scale Security & NIS2 compliance program. You will oversee the program governance, coordinate multiple security initiatives, and ensure the organization achieves NIS2 Essentials compliance while working closely with security experts, architects, project managers, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end NIS2 security program.
- Develop and maintain the program roadmap, governance, and priorities.
- Coordinate multiple security projects, workstreams, and dependencies.
- Monitor program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, quality, and overall progress.
- Identify issues proactively and implement corrective actions.
- Initiate and oversee new security and compliance projects.
- Provide regular reporting and executive updates to management and steering committees.
- Translate complex security and compliance topics into clear business decisions.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise PMO on governance, methodologies, and reporting.
- Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Program Management and Project Management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or compliance programs.
- Strong expertise in Change Management.
- Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of NIS2 and information security governance.
- Conceptual understanding of one or more security domains, including:
- NIS2 compliance
- Endpoint security
- Network security
- Secure software development
- Databases
- Perimeter security
- Familiarity with Business, Application, and Security Architecture.
- Experience within the public sector is an advantage.
