1. Proficiency in web development technologies such as javascript, html, css, and frameworks like react or angular.
2. Strong hands-on experience in developing microservices using spring boot framework.
3. Knowledge of restful apis, database systems, and cloud services.
4. Familiarity with agile methodologies and devops practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
6. Good communication skills, teamwork, and leadership abilities to effectively lead technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders. Other Requirements 1.Relevant certifications in Web Development, Javascript, or Springboot are a plus.
