• Proven record in achieving or exceeding sales targets in complex enterprise environments
• Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling approach
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English
• Experience leading or contributing to regional sales operations is advantageous
