Job description

As a Sr. IT Administrator you will have the opportunity to shape and maintain our global IT infrastructure. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by leading initiatives, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring seamless technology operations across our international locations. So, what will you be doing as a Sr. IT Administrator? Provide advanced (Level 2?3) technical support to global teams, resolving complex issues efficiently Oversee administration and optimization of client and server systems, ensuring high availability and performance Design, implement, and monitor network and infrastructure solutions, including security and scalability Lead and manage infrastructure and technology projects from planning to execution Drive global rollouts of SD-WAN, ERP systems, and cloud-based data center migrations Collaborate cross-functionally to align IT strategy with business goals Performance monitoring, analysis and generation of statistics Possible Travels to international branches to implement systems To be successful in this role, you?ll need

Requirements

Formal training in IT (e.g., IT specialist, Computer Science degree) with a strong technical foundation Proven experience in IT environments, ideally with 5+ years in system/network administration Customer-oriented and strong communication skills Strong knowledge of English and German Experience working with international, intercultural teams Self-driven, structured, and goal-oriented approach to problem-solving Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server systems Deep knowledge of Office365, Teams, SharePoint Online Ability to manage and complete multiple projects with a minimum level of supervision Things we consider a plus Experience in the areas of VSphere, IP telephony, WAN/LAN technologies, PowerShell, Active Directory, and Veeam backup solution Certifications in ITIL
