Integration Manager (all genders) - simplesurance

• Support the technical onboarding and API integration of external partners, including banks and travel companies.
• Act as a technical point of contact, responding to partner questions and guiding them through the integration process.
• Investigate and resolve technical incidents using tools such as Postman, Jira, Confluence, and OpenSearch.
• Analyse errors, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions with internal teams and external partners.
• Utalize AI tools to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and support process improvements

• Relevant experience in API integrations, technical support, implementation, or incident management.
• Hands-on experience working with APIs and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Experience using ticketing or incident management tools such as Jira.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset, with the confidence to communicate directly with external partners.
