SAP AI Specialist (all genders) - Any location in Germany

As an SAP AI Specialist at Tenthpin you will be defining our AI strategy within the SAP ecosystem together with the Communities, Technology Lead and Solutions. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge SAP AI services and complex Life Sciences business processes, building Proof of Concepts that demonstrate real value and defining the "Gold Standard" for AI adoption at Tenthpin.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

Strategy & Development:

• Guide SAP AI Strategy: Lead the evaluation and development of SAP AI Services, ensuring alignment with Life Sciences industry requirements.
• Drive Cross Company Alignment: Coordinate with communities, Technology and Solutions to ensure the strategy meets the company needs and redundancies are avoided.
• Best Practices Definition: Develop and document architectural standards, coding guidelines, and integration patterns for SAP AI (Joule, AI Core, BTP)
• Market Intelligence: Track SAP BTP AI portfolio updates and Generative AI Hub developments to keep Tenthpin ahead of the curve

Execution & Innovation:

• Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Hands-on development of rapid prototypes to validate technical feasibility and business value
• Co-Innovation Support: Integrate AI capabilities into flagship products (ICSM, BRH, CGTO) to enhance automation and decision-making

Enablement & Consulting Support:

• Consultant Enablement: Empower functional SAP consultants by helping them identify AI add-on opportunities in transformation projects
• Knowledge Sharing: Create and deliver internal training sessions, webinars, and white papers on AI literacy
• Client Advisory: Support pre-sales and delivery teams in articulating AI value propositions to clients

First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant with exceptional communication skills, the ability to see the bigger picture, and a collaborative approach to creating exceptional solutions. You will also have relevant skills, including:

• SAP BTP: Understanding of the SAP Business Technology Platform, specifically SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, and SAP BTP Cockpit
• Machine Learning: Solid understanding of classical machine learning concepts (supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation
• AI Knowledge: Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI concepts, and integration of external models via SAP AI Core. Python experience highly desirable
• SAP Ecosystem: Understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and side-by-side extensibility
• Integrations (SAP & Non-SAP): Strong understanding of integrating SAP and non-SAP systems in AI solutions, including data extraction and exchange. Ability to design integration patterns between S/4HANA, SAP BTP services, and external data sources or AI platforms.
• A proven track record in consulting, preferably within Life Sciences or Manufacturing sectors would be preferred.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical AI concepts into clear business benefits
