Job description

Lead the EAM workstream to design and deploy asset-centric maintenance for Generation/Transmission/Distribution, covering notifications, work orders, maintenance plans/strategies, refurbishment, linear asset management, and integration with MM, Procurement, Finance, GIS, and Mobility., * Lead Fit-to-Standard, process design, and configuration for EAM (PM) in S/4HANA

  • Design preventive/predictive maintenance, strategies, task lists, measuring points, permits, and work clearance
  • Implement Linear Asset Management (routes, segments), outage & reliability processes
  • Integrate EAM with MM (spares), Procurement (services), FICO (settlement), GIS (Esri), Scheduling (MRS/Resource Mgt), SAP Asset Manager (mobile)
  • Define KPIs (MTBF/MTTR, plan vs. actual, backlog, compliance), operational reporting via Fiori/Embedded Analytics
  • Author WRICEF specs; oversee testing (SIT/UAT), cutover (orders, tech objects), and hypercare
  • Coach business super users; ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and audit needs

Requirements

  • Experience in SAP PM/EAM; 2+ S/4HANA EAM implementations
  • Utilities asset context (substations, lines, pipelines, plants) and permit-to-work processes
  • Hands-on with Fiori EAM apps, LAM, Refurbishment, Calibration, Settlement
  • Exposure to Predictive Asset Insights, Asset Central, IoT signals (nice-to-have)
