Job description
As a Working Student IT System Administrator (all genders), you support the ongoing development and security of our internal IT infrastructure. You work at the intersection of IT security, user support, and system administration, helping ensure that our teams can operate in a stable, secure, and modern IT environment. You contribute your growing technical expertise to security concepts, onboarding processes, and our overall system landscape while learning from experienced colleagues., * IT Support & Onboarding: Assisting users with security-related questions, supporting IT onboarding, and acting as a first point of contact for hardware, software, and network issues
- System Administration & Performance: Supporting the monitoring and optimization of system performance and assisting in managing backup and recovery solutions
- IT Security: Contributing to the enhancement of security across Linux, Windows, Mac, and mobile devices, as well as supporting the implementation of security concepts
- Documentation & Processes: Creating and maintaining technical documentation and supporting the continuous improvement of IT processes, * Support for your personal development through continuous learning and feedback and high chances to transition into a full-time role if the collaboration is successful

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an IT-related field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and network services
- Initial experience with Linux, Apple, or Windows systems is a plus
- Structured and analytical way of working
- Motivation to learn and interest in new technologies
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
