Develop and redesign e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline in accordance with NATO AEW&C Force standards and technical requirements.

Produce and refine graphics, animations, and interactive components using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Animate.

Interpret technical source material, including operational procedures, to ensure accurate representation within the training products.

Work in close coordination with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other project personnel.

Ensure technical accuracy and visual consistency across all deliverables.

Adhere to established workflows, including version control, documentation, and quality assurance steps.

Contribute to continuous improvement of digital learning products and production processes.
Requirements
The NATO Airborne Early Warning and Control Force (NAEW&CF) at Geilenkirchen (Germany) is seeking qualified (5+ years) E-Learning Developer (f/m/d) to support the redesign and development of technical and procedural e-learning training materials. The incumbent will work on-site within a multi-national environment and daily collaborate with an SME (Subject Matter Expert) to produce instructionally sound, digital learning products. English (C-1 level) will be the sole working language during the project.
This position requires strong technical proficiency in multimedia production tools and e-learning authoring software, as well as the ability to follow established procedures, standards, and development guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
· Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken (C1 level).
· Ability to work accurately, follow established rules and guidelines, and maintain consistency across multiple training products.
· Thorough working knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate and PremierePro.
· Demonstrated experience (portfolio) developing e-learning content using Articulate Storyline (primary tool).
· Knowledge of instructional design principles and user-experience considerations.
· Proven ability to transform technical and procedural subject matter into well-structured learning solutions.
· Experience working in international or multicultural environments.

REMARKS
· This is an on-site position; remote work or teleworking is not available.
· The role supports a time-limited project and involves interaction with operational personnel and technical subject matter experts.
