stakeholders (project status, technical risks, dependencies, mitigations). - Identify and prioritize AI use cases across product delivery, engineering, operations, and business processes, ensuring they align with business value, governance, and risk standards. - Promote the use of AI-assisted development tools and automation to improve engineering productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and delivery speed. - Partner with business and IT stakeholders to evaluate AI-based solutions, including build-versus-buy decisions, data readiness, security, and compliance considerations. What you need to have - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. - 6+ years of technical experience (development, architecture, or technical/product roles) with at least 2-3 years in a technical leadership or lead role. - Proven experience in enterprise projects: application development, microservices, API management and complex integrations. - Solid knowledge of modern architectures. - Strong understanding of application security, data management, and GDPR requirements. - Experience managing vendors and defining technical contracts and SLAs. - Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, including technical documentation and presenting to non-technical stakeholders. What makes you stand out? - Prior experience in insurance, professional services, or financial services. - Product management background or Agile/Scrum certifications (CSPO, CSM). - Familiarity with modern data platforms, API-first design, or enterprise low-code/no-code solutions. - Experience with AI/ML-enabled solutions, intelligent automation, or AI-assisted software development tools.
