In this role you'll see your ideas transform into breakthrough results - an opportunity to make a real difference. /p h3The Role /h3 pGood understanding and experience with the SAP GTS module. /p ul liSupport business process flows alignment and coordination. /li liHands-on experience configuring and implementing SAP GTS on all elements of the project lifecycle from sales through to early life support. /li liSupport the Business during transition and post go-live. /li liSystems hands-on experience. /li liTechnical understanding of the module. /li liAbility to work with the ABAP team to get custom development done. /li liCompleted at least two end-to-end project cycles with SAP GTS. /li /ul pExperience driving SAP GTS workshops. /p ul liContribute to workshop preparation, facilitation and documentation of outputs including URS and IT requirements. /li liMeeting minutes writing expertise. /li liProvide input into the design of processes in the S/4 system based on FIT-GAPs, create the functional specifications, data objects and fields design, impact on roles, etc. /li liCollaborate closely with the business team to document requirements and with the development team. /li liResponsible to use Solution Manager and comply with CSV guidelines. /li liResponsible to define user stories, their acceptance criteria, and the definition of done. /li /ul h3Good Communication and Proactive Attitude /h3 ul liAbility to demonstrate SAP processes to a wider audience. /li liAgile knowledge, ideally SAFE-agile certified: candidate will be part of the agile team, with one Scrum Master and one Product Owner, and is expected to participate in all ART ceremonies such as daily stand-up, iteration demo and reviews, program increment planning. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pWe are looking for an ERP Functional Lead with extensive SAP delivery experience. Our ideal candidate will have: /p ul liSubstantial proven experience in client-facing consulting/contracting roles. /li liProven project and program delivery track record across multiple full-lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country rollouts of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA. /li liExperience in global delivery and working with offshore resources. /liliExperience mentoring and coaching consulting resources. /li liOutstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organisations.
