Job description

Digital ERP Program Lead - Barcelona, Spain Opella is a self-care challenger focused on OTC & VMS, with a mission to make health simple for half a billion consumers worldwide. We are a global team of 11,000 employees using SAP S4 to transform our enterprise systems. Overview The Butterfly program, launched in April 2025, drives the separation from Sanofi and the full adoption of SAP S4 across all business units. As the ERP Transformation Lead, you will drive strategic execution, vendor management, and change initiatives to modernize our ERP landscape. Responsibilities - Program Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive program plan, own end-to-end delivery, manage risks, budgets, and governance. - Strategic Leadership: Act as the central link between business units, digital teams, and external partners; secure sponsorship and communicate progress. - Vendor Management: Oversee vendor partnerships, contracts, SLAs, and performance standards. - Functional & Technical

Requirements

Leadership: Lead solution design, assess feasibility, guide scalable, compliant ERP architectures, and drive process standardisation. - Change Management: Collaborate with business units to implement change initiatives and maintain organizational alignment. - Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality and process standards throughout the transformation. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred. - 15+ years of experience in large ERP implementation and program management, ideally in consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors. - Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC, including implementation methodologies. - Track record of leading multi-year digital transformation programs and change management. - Proficiency in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile frameworks, and vendor selection/management. - Broad understanding of core business processes - Finance, Supply Chain, etc. - Experience in global, matrixed organizations.
