Job description
Responsibilities - Continuous monitoring of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs, and other network assets via dashboards and alerting tools - Second-line diagnosis and resolution of connectivity incidents (VLAN, DHCP, DNS, basic routing/switching) - Execute standard changes (e.g., user access, guest Wi-Fi, basic policy updates) under run-books and change-control procedures - Capture, classify, and update tickets; elevate to L3 or field teams when required, ensuring accurate hand-over between shifts - Perform daily service checks on critical systems and produce shift reports - Maintain asset inventories and technical documentation - Collaborate with Cyber-SOC and Infrastructure teams during security or performance events Minimum Qualifications - Degree in Networks / Systems Administration (or similar) - Working knowledge of TCP/IP, switching & routing fundamentals, and basic network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN) - Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring platforms - English B2 (written
