Job description
Scrum Master to join our team and help us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. What you will do - Facilitate Agile processes within Scrum teams by organizing and leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and delivery excellence. - Act as a servant leader, supporting Product Owners and development teams by removing impediments, fostering collaboration and maintaining high levels of motivation and productivity. - Promote Agile best practices, principles and values across teams and the wider organization to cultivate an Agile mindset and culture. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels, including senior management, ensuring transparency on progress, risks and dependencies. - Track and report team velocity, sprint progress and key project metrics to enable data-driven decision making and continuous delivery. - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, learning and

adaptability, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives. - Support teams in adopting Agile tools and techniques such as backlog management, user story refinement and sprint planning to optimize workflow and delivery. - Drive initiatives to improve Agile maturity by providing coaching, training and mentoring on Agile practices and frameworks. - Support the scaling of Agile practices across multiple teams and projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS or similar. - Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks in the Agile process and work with teams and stakeholders to define and implement mitigation strategies. What you are like - Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, with a strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and other Agile methodologies. - Solid experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence to manage workflows and reporting. - Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, DevOps practices and digital project management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Fluent English, both written and spoken. - Work on challenging projects for big clients. - Learn more about emerging technologies. - Design your career plan. - Access to continuous training and certifications. - Evolve through our internal mobility program.
