Job description
The IT Support Technician ensures the proper functioning of IT equipment and infrastructure within the warehouse. They serve as the primary point of contact for relations with Amazon IT and BOWE. In a high-activity environment, the IT Technician actively contributes to the continuity of IT tools used for receiving, storing, preparing, and shipping orders.
Main Responsibilities: User Support
Provide on-site support to employees. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents. Manage requests related to Amazon infrastructure (configuration preparation, ordering, Amazon requests, Amazon user creation). Handle CEVA requests via the GetHelp tool. Train and assist users in using CEVA and Amazon IT tools. Track and communicate incidents until resolution.
IT Equipment Management
Install, configure, and maintain: Industrial and office printers. Mobile terminals (RF scanners, PDAs). Network equipment. Screens, docking stations, and peripherals. Conduct hardware inventories. Replace and repair faulty equipment. Manage hardware orders.
Infrastructure and Network
Participate in the maintenance of local network infrastructures (BOWE, Amazon, CEVA). Perform network patching operations. Monitor the status of network equipment and report anomalies, including incident management (opening, tracking, etc.) for BOWE/Amazon/CEVA. Assist in interventions on IT rooms and network racks.
Operations and Maintenance
Perform daily checks on critical systems. Participate in the deployment of new equipment and Amazon/BOWE IT projects. Keep technical documentation up to date (PC installations, warehouse network plans, IT equipment configurations, etc.).
On-Call and Interventions
Respond quickly to incidents impacting production. Participate in on-call rotations as per site organization. Provide support during off-hours if necessary. Be available during critical periods (Christmas, end of June, October-November, etc.).
Requirements
Windows 11 (Intune) Linux Ubuntu Microsoft 365 Networking Hardware support (PCs and peripherals) Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
Desirable Skills
Knowledge of logistics or industrial environments. Support for RF terminals and mobility equipment. Industrial printer hardware support Basic Linux knowledge. Wi-Fi knowledge.

Education and Experience: Education
Associate's degree (Bac +2) in IT (BTS, licenses, etc.). DUT/BUT in Networks & Telecommunications.
Experience
Experience in IT support in an industrial environment. Experience in logistics or warehouse environments is a plus.
Languages
French: Fluent.
English: Professional level, enabling the ability to: Understand technical documentation. Write and update incident tickets. Communicate with international support teams. Participate in conference calls or technical meetings.
