Job description
The UX Designer will be responsible for:
- As a senior designer your main responsibility will be in shaping an internal portal to onboard to data & analytics services that involves a vast and complex stakeholder field such as tribe and area leads, product owners, developers and other experts;
- You will improve and structure the portal's information architecture, define clear navigation and flows aligned with business processes, and design and validate the UX for key user journeys;
- In addition, you will align with other designers to ensure consistent interaction patterns and reusable components within the broader IT landscape to ensure a scalable, intuitive, and high-quality employee experience;
- You will be responsible for the design process, work with stakeholders and other designers and researchers in the Enterprise UX team to ensure high-quality designs as outcome;
- You design the experience of the tooling that enables them to deliver secure and compliant software
Requirements
- You have 5-10 years of experience as a UX Designer;
- You are a strategic and analytical thinker, who can translate complex problems into simple and intuitive solutions;
- You are used to working on complex user journeys;
- You enjoy the challenge of coming up with creative and impactful solutions within a complex data & IT landscape;
- You are able to maintain a user-cantered mindset in a very technology-driven environment, challenging pre-established assumptions without alienating your stakeholders;
- You conveniently manoeuvre in a large organisation and know how to get support for your ideas and concepts from stakeholders;
- You are fluent with design and prototyping tools like Figma and familiar with service design methods, including creative facilitation;
- You have proven experience in successfully managing complex design projects;
- You have excellent communication skills in English.
