What you ll do

Organizations turn to Yuma when they want to translate business goals into future-proof architecture. You guide them in that journey.

You advise in your own authentic way and think broadly about solutions and direction. You operate where technology meets strategy. You ensure coherence: an architecture that truly fits the organization, its people, and its ambitions. From there, you outline the path forward for development teams so they can build with clarity and confidence.

You ll be:

• Translating non-technical wishes and business goals into thoughtful technical solutions
• Designing environments and advising on the right steps forward
• Exploring system integrations, software flexibility, and the long-term impact of technological choices
• Guiding technical teams with a clear vision of what to build and why

You re the one who naturally looks a few steps ahead. The person who checks whether this is truly the right route before the team commits. That makes you a trusted partner for both clients and colleagues. Your ability to advise, your sense of ownership, and your empathy set you apart. You combine sharp thinking with genuine care for the people you work with. Additionally, you bring:

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture
• A strong background in Java
• A love for working in Agile environments
• The ability to translate vision into practical, technical reality
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
