Sr. Appian Developer

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using Appian.
• Build and maintain Appian SAIL interfaces, Process Models, Records, Reports, and Business Rules.
• Develop and manage integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
• Create and maintain CDTs, Data Stores, and database integrations.
• Implement security models, user roles, and access controls.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews.
• Support deployment activities, version upgrades, and production issue resolution.
• Follow Appian development best practices and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Candidate must hold EU Citizenship or a valid HSM (Highly Skilled Migrant) Visa for the Netherlands.

Experience:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Appian development experience., * Strong expertise in Appian SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Tempo, and Interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with Appian integrations, JSON, XML, REST APIs, and SOAP services.
• Strong understanding of BPM, Workflow Automation, and Case Management.
• Experience with Appian deployment management and version upgrades.
• Strong database knowledge in Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience is preferred.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise digital transformation projects is an advantage.
