The company is seeking a talented and experienced Performance Motion Designer to join its dynamic creative team. This role is crucial for developing engaging and high-performing video and motion graphic content for various digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their motion design skills, a deep understanding of performance marketing principles, and the ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives that drive results. - Design and animate high-quality motion graphics and video content for digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, strategists, and media buyers to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and performance goals.
- Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually stunning and effective motion designs that capture attention and drive conversions.
- Utilize performance data and A/B testing insights to iterate and optimize video creatives, ensuring continuous improvement in campaign results.
- Develop storyboards, animatics, and visual concepts to effectively communicate ideas and gain stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to creative guidelines while pushing the boundaries of innovative motion design.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in motion design, video production, and performance marketing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Contribute to the overall creative strategy and ideation process for client campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in performance-driven video and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing principles, including conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and data-driven creative iteration.
- Ability to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute engaging visual narratives.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and their creative best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative decisions and receive feedback constructively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
