Job description
- Build reusable pipeline templates, frameworks, and automation solutions for enterprise-wide adoption.
- Automate build, testing, release, and deployment processes across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Develop and maintain self-service DevOps platforms that enable development teams to onboard and deploy efficiently.
- Standardize DevOps processes, deployment frameworks, and release management practices across projects.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, ARM Templates, and Bicep.
- Manage Azure DevOps services including Azure Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and Boards.
- Configure and maintain build agents, deployment environments, and release pipelines.
- Implement deployment strategies such as Blue-Green, Canary, and Rolling Deployments.
- Establish monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Integrate DevSecOps practices including SAST, DAST, vulnerability scanning, and security compliance checks.
- Manage secrets, certificates, and credentials using Azure Key Vault.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth software delivery and platform reliability.
- Support Agile and DevOps practices to accelerate software delivery and improve operational excellence., * Design scalable, secure, and highly available DevOps platforms.
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD frameworks and reusable automation components.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using IaC tools.
- Troubleshoot complex deployment, infrastructure, and pipeline-related issues.
- Implement secure software delivery practices and DevSecOps controls.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement across DevOps processes.
- Optimize deployment performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Work effectively with stakeholders, development teams, and cloud architects.
- Analyze system performance and implement proactive monitoring and observability solutions.
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality deliverables and operational stability.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Azure DevOps, Platform Engineering, or DevOps Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps YAML pipeline development and automation.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and optimization.
- Experience building reusable DevOps frameworks and self-service platform capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM Templates, and Bicep.
- Experience managing Azure cloud environments and Azure DevOps services.
- Knowledge of deployment methodologies including Blue-Green, Canary, and Rolling deployments.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, security integration, and compliance automation.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of source control management and branching strategies using Azure Repos.
- Strong troubleshooting, automation, and performance optimization skills.
