Job description

  • Maintaining control over the client's job platform and ensuring its stability, performance, and compliance.
  • Supporting and optimising pre-selection processes within the recruitment funnel.
  • Driving the AI way of working and contributing to the continuous development and innovation of the recruitment platform.
  • You understand how core HR processes connect with other organisational processes. Experience with recruitment processes, digital recruitment platforms, and/or Workday is a strong advantage.
  • As an experienced business analyst, you possess the mindset and capabilities to initiate, challenge, and formulate solutions that enable a seamless end-to-end user experience. You are skilled in applying business analysis methodologies and best practices, and you excel in communicating effectively between IT and business stakeholders

Requirements

  • Knowledge of careers platforms / digital ecosystems, including topics such as security, privacy, and cookie compliance.
  • Experience with web technologies, system integrations, and data flows.
  • Affinity with AI, innovation, and digital transformation.
  • Experience in optimizing digital journeys and building business cases (BuCa's) to support decision-making.
