Platform Engineer

As a Platform Engineer in the Area Analytics Platform, you will be the backbone of bank's data and AI strategy. You aren't just managing servers; you are designing the infrastructure that enables 280+ data professionals to build the bank's future AI agents. Your focus is on creating a scalable, cloud-native platform that supports both traditional analytics and the next generation of agentic AI frameworks., * Infrastructure Design: Build and maintain the robust infrastructure required for large-scale AI and analytics use cases.

• Orchestration: Manage and optimize containerized environments using Kubernetes and Docker at scale.
• Cloud Operations: Develop and maintain cloud-native solutions within a multi-cloud strategy (AWS and Azure).
• Agentic Platform Support: Actively contribute to the development of bank's internal Agentic Platform, supporting frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Observability: Implement and enhance monitoring/tracing frameworks using OpenTelemetry to ensure platform reliability.
• Automation: Write clean, scalable Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and use Python to build the platform's internal tooling.
• Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and engineers across the tribe to ensure the platform is intuitive, usable, and performant.

• Experience: 7+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Core Tech: Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Containerization (Docker), and Cloud (AWS/Azure).
• AI/Framework Expertise: Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic AI frameworks is a strong differentiator.
• Observability: Familiarity with modern observability standards (OpenTelemetry).
• Automation: Fluent in Terraform and Python.
• Soft Skills: A collaborative, "sociable" team player who thrives in a massive organization (280+ people in the tribe) and communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical peers.
