Job description

As a GenAI Solution Architect, you are the technical visionary behind the next generation of bank's customer interaction. You will lead the re-design of our AI platform to achieve higher scale, while integrating cutting-edge innovations such as Agentic AI, voice integration, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. Your work directly impacts how 9.5+ million customers interact with the bank, ensuring that our AI solutions are not just innovative, but also performant, secure, and fully compliant., * Strategic Evolution: Redesign the AI platform architecture to handle increased scale and integrate next-gen features (Agentic AI, multi-turn memory, voice AI).

  • Technical Design: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs that fit seamlessly into the enterprise architecture.
  • Platform Governance: Guarantee the "ilities" of the product: quality, performance, availability, scalability, security, privacy, and accessibility.
  • Innovation Scouting: Actively monitor the GenAI market, identifying industry trends and translating them into actionable, innovative experiments and solutions.
  • Stakeholder Bridge: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and developers. Act as an advocate for the tribe's AI capabilities across the wider organization.
  • Quality Ownership: Take full responsibility for the quality of technical designs and their real-world implementation.

Requirements

  • Education: Academic working/thinking level (Bachelor's/Master's), preferably in Data Science or a related technical field.
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep experience with Contact Center & CRM landscapes (e.g., Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • AI & Integration: Proficiency in system integration (Web Services, API development, event streaming). Practical experience with agentic frameworks and AI infrastructure.
  • Architecture: Strong command of architecture methods (e.g., Archimate, DYA, TOGAF).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and leadership. You are not afraid to voice professional opinions, challenge the status quo, and "bring people along" in your vision.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, analytical, and highly customer-focused. Able to work physically in Utrecht for key sessions.
