Job description
You'll be involved in all phases of SAP implementation:
- As a point of contact during the pre-sales phase
- As a strategic advisor during analysis and design.
- As a project manager during implementation.
You'll act as an SAP expert and help expand our client portfolio.

You'll lead projects in various sectors, with SAP ERP and S/4HANA as the core IT solutions. Business development and project management-both small and large-will be part of your responsibilities
As a rapidly growing team, the SAP team focusses on large end-to-end transformation suing S/4HANA and other technological innovation. You bring value to the team to support the professional and personal growth of the team.
As an SAP Project Manager, you will:
- Lead SAP implementations and transformations, from strategy to execution (across different areas incl. finance, SCM, logistics etc).
- Advise clients on optimizing business processes using SAP S/4HANA.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams and coach junior consultants.
- Collaborate with clients across sectors including financial services, public sector, and industry.
- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting proposals.
- Apply our client's powered Enterprise methodology with the latest AI driven technology to deliver scalable, future-proof solutions.
Requirements
- A completed university degree (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, IT).
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in SAP (incl. S/4HANA).
- Enthusiasm and energy to support expanding and professionalizing our team.
- Proven track record in leading SAP projects and managing stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Broad professional network and commercial acumen.
- Collaborative mindset and motivation to grow the SAP practice.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Dutch both written and spoken.
LOCATION: Amstelveen, Netherlands WORK PATTERN: Full-time - 5 days per week 3 days on site + 2 days remote per week LANGUAGES: Dutch & English
