Job description
As Project Manager Architecture, you will be crucial to the EMEA Store Development team. You will be responsible for the end to end project management of store development initiatives across particular Hubs / markets to ensure that projects are delivered on time, in budget, within the guidelines and achieving the project brief to support a growth in revenue and improved in-store experience for customers. You will work closely with Brands and local Hub teams, as well as third party suppliers and contractors to ensure that projects are on track and delivered on time., * End to end project management: Oversee the end-to-end management of multiple new store and relocation projects for a specific hub/set of markets, including: pre-project, electrical/mechanical engineering, fire protection, project mobilization, GC tender, landlord handover, construction, site visits, project close, handovers and post-project reviews
- Project deliverables: own the key project deliverables required for each project such as store design, according plans, timeframes, costs and quality
- Site due diligence: conduct site due diligence, in collaboration with local architecture expertise, in advance of signing store lease agreements
- Budget management: Build financial views of projects and store development costs to input into budget process
- Track projects KPIs: Track and monitor project KPIs (execution & budget) to ensure projects are completed on program, budget and high level of quality design and execution. Share regularly with Hubs and Brands stakeholders; take necessary interventions if required to bring projects back on track
- Collaborate with Hubs, Brands and Real Estate: closely collaborate with Hubs, Brands and Real Estate to align on the expectations from the project brief, share updates and ensure stakeholders are close to project management status and milestones
- Support the team on additional initiatives (e.g. Contributing to the development of department processes, assisting with the management of central vendors)
- Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role will require project management in other hubs/markets and additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

Requirements
- At least 3-7 years experience in managing store development projects for a fashion retailer or consumer brand with multiple store formats, managing project budget, risks and plans
- Extensive knowledge of retail construction e.g. store layouts, fixture installations, MEP requirements and site development e.g. permitting, landlord approvals, zoning and utilities set up
- Familiar with using MS Office & Powerpoint, AutoCAD/Revit. Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, SAP, Power BI and Project Management methods (e.g. PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Advanced understanding of how to solve complex problems and critically assess the solutions required
- Strong communications and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage complex needs and priorities with ease
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and German.
