Tech Lead - Asset Reuse Team (ART)

• Define and maintain engineering standards for reusable Generative AI components
• Lead technical design and architecture for the NN AI asset marketplace
• Oversee build quality, code reviews, and technical documentation
• Guide engineering teams in implementing scalable and secure AI solutions
• Collaborate with asset squads and local data scientists to promote reuse and innovation
• Support forward deployment engineers and cross-hopping engineers in local delivery teams

You are a seasoned engineer with a strong background in software architecture, DevOps engineering and AI development. You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy mentoring others. • 7+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership roles
• Proven experience in defining and implementing engineering standards
• Strong knowledge of Python, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure (Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with agentic frameworks and reusable AI components
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills

As a Tech Lead in the Asset Reuse Team (ART), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, design and quality of AI components published in the NN AI asset marketplace.

You will be responsible for setting the technical direction and ensuring engineering excellence across reusable AI assets. Your work will span from defining standards to guiding implementation, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
