Job description

As a Dynamics Developer in the Group & Employee Technology (GET) department, you will play a central role in transforming Schiphol's business ideas into scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. Operating as part of a multidisciplinary DevOps team, you will design, build, and maintain complex Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that empower Schiphol's employees and business units., * Full-Lifecycle Development: Translate business processes into technical solutions within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, from design and modeling to construction and implementation.

  • Integrations: Build robust bridges between systems using Azure Integration Services (API Management, Logic Apps).
  • Advisory & Architecture: Act as a bridge between the business and IT architecture, providing technical guidance to stakeholders and key users regarding system dependencies and optimal configuration.
  • DevOps Ownership: Work within a DevOps framework, handling both new project development and operational support. Manage releases and quality assurance using GitHub (pipelines/automated testing).
  • Technical Customization: Develop and maintain core customizations using C# and JavaScript where standard configuration is insufficient.
  • Data & Migration: Partner with the team to manage data migrations and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements

  • Dynamics Expertise: Solid experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, and Field Service).
  • Power Platform Mastery: Proficient in Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Development Skills: Experienced in C# and JavaScript development.
  • Cloud Integration: Strong knowledge of Azure Integration Services (API Management, Logic Apps).
  • DevOps Maturity: Experience with GitHub for pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of Dutch and English; able to consult and advise stakeholders at different levels within a complex organization.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, decisive, and communicative. Comfortable working on-site (Schiphol) on a regular basis (Monday/Wednesday preferred).
