Job description
One of the largest financial cooperative organisations in the Netherlands is strengthening its international HR technology team. The recruitment platform, the digital backbone of all hiring processes, is under continuous development. You'll be the bridge between HR, IT, and innovation.
What will you be doing?
You'll work on international projects centred around digital recruitment and pre-selection processes. As the key link between business stakeholders and IT, you gather requirements, translate them into concrete solutions, and safeguard the quality of the platform.
In practice:
- Managing and optimising the careers platform (stability, compliance, performance)
- Improving the pre-selection process within the recruitment funnel
- Contributing to the development and implementation of AI applications within the recruitment domain
- Building business cases to support decision-making
- Aligning IT and HR on system integrations and data flows
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an HR or recruitment context
- Knowledge of digital platforms, web technologies, and system integrations
- Experience with or knowledge of Workday is a strong advantage
- Affinity with AI, digital transformation, and innovation
- Understanding of privacy, security, and cookie compliance within digital environments
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proactive mindset: you spot opportunities for improvement without being asked
Nice to have:
- Experience with GEO/SEO optimisation
- Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation to improve digital performance
- Background in candidate journey optimisation
