Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

• Architect, deploy, and manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters for mission-critical workloads with emphasis on security, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure Bicep, ensuring compliance, scalability, and automation across multiple environments.
• Lead the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other modern tools.
• Establish and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Dashboards and Application Insights.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and network/security teams to deliver full-stack Azure solutions.
• Manage Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, and other azure services for performance, availability, and security.
• Configure and manage Azure networking components such as VNets, Subnets, NSGs, Firewalls, Application Gateways, and ExpressRoute.
• Drive automation and orchestration initiatives using PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting.
• Implement governance, compliance, and security controls using Azure Policy, RBAC, and Key Vault.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing sessions within the engineering team.
• Manage incident response, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement in infrastructure performance and reliability.
• Lead capacity planning, cost management, and performance tuning efforts across environments.

We are looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. This role requires deep technical expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure Bicep, Terraform & ARM (IaC)., and advanced CI/CD automation practices. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can independently design cloud architectures, drive DevOps best practices, and mentor junior engineers., * 10+ years in Azure DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure.

• Expert-level experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) in production-grade environments.
• Strong command of Azure Bicep, Terraform & ARM (IaC)., ARM templates, and IaC best practices.
• Hands-on experience building end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• In-depth understanding of Azure networking, load balancing, and security architectures.
• Proficiency with Azure SQL DB, Cosmos DB, storage accounts and other Azure Services.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux administration and scripting.
• Experience implementing monitoring, observability, and alerting frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor).
• Experience with container registries, Helm charts, and Kubernetes deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Azure Certifications (highly desirable):
• AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
• AZ-400: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
• AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Exposure to Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi for IaC.
• Experience with multi-region, hybrid-cloud, or disaster recovery setups.
• Familiarity with GitOps practices and FluxCD/ArgoCD.
