Job description
As an Electrical Engineer within the Mission Critical Facilities team, you will work on advanced data centre projects requiring robust, resilient and highly reliable electrical infrastructure.
This is not standard building services engineering. You will be involved in the design of:
- Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) distribution systems
- Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems
- Redundancy concepts (N, N+1, 2N architectures)
- Energy storage and backup solutions
- Substations and power distribution networks
- Electrical systems in live and brownfield environments
You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary MEP teams across international offices and contribute to projects that demand precision, risk-awareness and technical excellence., * Design and engineer electrical systems for data centre facilities
- Develop technical specifications, reports and detailed design documentation
- Support cost reviews, risk assessments and technical evaluations
- Review contractor and vendor proposals and technical submissions
- Contribute to Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and site commissioning activities
- Ensure compliance with strict client requirements and international standards
You will operate within an international engineering environment where knowledge sharing and technical development are actively encouraged.
Your Profile
We are looking for a technically driven engineer who combines analytical capability with ownership and structured execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design within complex building services, industrial, or mission critical environments
- Solid understanding of electrical infrastructure design and construction practices
- Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams (MEP environments preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience within data centres or other high-availability environments is highly advantageous.
