We are seeking an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll SME to support payroll operations, configuration, issue resolution, and integration activities within a Netherlands payroll environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, with hands-on experience in payroll configuration, tax management, and payroll process optimization.

Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues.

Analyze and fix tax-related payroll discrepancies.

Troubleshoot point-to-point replication errors.

Manage arrears and payroll calculation issues.

Perform HRSP impact analysis, testing, and year-end payroll activities.

Support Payroll Control Center operations and issue resolution.

Configure and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types.

Develop and support LSMW objects where required.

Ensure successful integration between SAP systems and Employee Central Payroll.
Requirements
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in Personal Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (TM).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience supporting complex payroll environments in the Netherlands.
