We are seeking an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll SME to support payroll operations, configuration, issue resolution, and integration activities within a Netherlands payroll environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, with hands-on experience in payroll configuration, tax management, and payroll process optimization.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

• SAP HCM (PA, OM, TM, Payroll)

• Netherlands Payroll (NL Payroll) end-to-end configuration

• Payroll Control Center

• Payroll schema and PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) changes

• Wage Type configuration and management

• Point-to-Point (P2P) replication and integration

• Inbound and outbound interface management

• Tax configuration and issue resolution

• HR Support Package (HRSP) implementation and year-end activities

• Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues.

• Analyze and fix tax-related payroll discrepancies.

• Troubleshoot point-to-point replication errors.

• Manage arrears and payroll calculation issues.

• Perform HRSP impact analysis, testing, and year-end payroll activities.

• Support Payroll Control Center operations and issue resolution.

• Configure and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types.

• Develop and support LSMW objects where required.

• Ensure successful integration between SAP systems and Employee Central Payroll.

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience in Personal Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (TM).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting complex payroll environments in the Netherlands.
