Job description
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Siemens Teamcenter solutions with a strong focus on Active Workspace (AWC).
- Define scalable, maintainable, and standardized Teamcenter configurations aligned with enterprise PLM objectives.
- Analyze and remediate technical debt by transforming legacy configurations into optimized and sustainable solutions.
- Design and implement Active Workspace customizations using the Declarative UI Framework, including JSON-based view models and HTML templates.
- Drive data model design and governance activities utilizing BMIDE, including Naming Rules, Deep Copy Rules, Display Rules, and related configurations.
- Manage Teamcenter deployments, environment configurations, and release activities using Deployment Center.
- Optimize application performance by improving query execution, stylesheet efficiency, and overall Active Workspace responsiveness.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and development teams to ensure solution alignment with business requirements.
- Support integration initiatives between Teamcenter, enterprise systems, and Mendix-based applications where applicable.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and best-practice guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in solution reviews, architecture discussions, and roadmap planning for Teamcenter modernization initiatives., * Architect enterprise-grade Teamcenter solutions that align with business and technical objectives.
- Translate technical debt into clean, maintainable, and scalable Teamcenter configurations.
- Design high-performing Active Workspace implementations that provide an exceptional user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide guidance on Teamcenter best practices.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring delivery quality and architectural consistency.
- Bridge the gap between IT architecture and business user requirements.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working with Siemens Teamcenter solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC).
- Strong expertise in the Active Workspace Declarative UI Framework, including JSON View Models and HTML-based configurations.
- Advanced knowledge of BMIDE and Teamcenter Data Modeling concepts.
- Extensive experience with Naming Rules, Deep Copy Rules, Display Rules, and other Teamcenter configuration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter Deployment Center and environment management.
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture, customization, deployment, and governance processes.
- Proven experience optimizing Teamcenter Active Workspace performance and user experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
