Graduate Wireless Electronic Engineer / Software Developer (Wireless Products Team)

Our work spans extreme environments-from deep underwater communications to systems operating in the vacuum of space., NETbuilder, in partnership with BAE Systems, is seeking curious, analytical, and technically minded graduates-particularly those from Physics and mathematically intensive STEM backgrounds-to join a growing team of engineers and software developers at the BAE Systems Guildford office. Before joining your project team, you will complete a 12-week intensive training programme, starting September 2026 (subject to security clearance). The 12-Week Training Programme Your training combines both technical depth and real-world engineering practice, helping you transition from academic physics to applied engineering and software development.
