Job description

  • Analyse change performance data and support initiatives that increase the percentage of changes implemented correctly first time.
  • Assess change records to ensure implementation risks are clearly identified, documented, and appropriate mitigations are in place prior to approval.
  • Track changes through the change lifecycle and monitor adherence to agreed plans and implementation timescales.
  • Identify and highlight changes that may negatively impact service quality and escalate concerns to the Change Manager as required.
  • Validate that change records comply with client, customer, and regulatory control requirements before progressing through governance.
  • Ensure agreed Requests for Change (RFCs) are accurately and consistently recorded in the Change Control System, meeting quality and completeness standards.
  • Support the organisation of Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings by preparing reports, validating agendas, and ensuring supporting documentation is ready and accurate.
  • Monitor, analyse, and communicate change progress, results, and post-implementation outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Expect major part of experience in IT Infrastructure, with emphasis on operational management.
  • Clear commitment to Service Management Framework approach to IT Infrastructure management essential. Previous experience strongly desirable.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Have Interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • A self-starter.
  • Possess good judgement.
  • Work well with teams.
  • Knowledge of the use of Service now.
