SAP Principal Consultant - Data

• Partner with SAP Functional and Technical Consultants to drive and embed robust data governance principles across a complex SAP landscape.
• Lead data-focused workstreams across multiple projects, taking ownership of the end-to-end design, build and execution of data migration activities.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide expert guidance and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Apply deep expertise across SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud solutions, including SuccessFactors, Concur and Ariba, with a strong understanding of data models, master data and end-to-end transactional processes.
• Champion data quality, integrity and compliance by promoting best practice in Data Governance, Data Protection and information management., If successful for the role, you will be required to undergo pre-employment checks that will include a Basic Disclosure Check, carried out through a Third-Party Company, prior to commencing employment. Depending on the role, you may also be required to go through the security vetting process for either a Counter Terrorist Check or Security Check clearance. All our roles are subject to a medical questionnaire, and further medicals when required.

• Strong understanding of data migration tools and methodologies, such as SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, LSMW, or third party ETL tools.
• Strong grounding in data architecture, data modelling, data cleansing and data integration patterns.
• Proven ability to manage complex cutover activities from a data perspective, ensuring minimal disruption & successful migration activities.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Experience with SAP BTP, Datasphere, or cloud based data platforms.
